Returns Policy
At Pearly Bright, hygiene and product safety are our top priorities. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our toothpaste or teeth whitening strips, as these are personal-use cosmetic products.
All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. If your order is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at smile@thepearlybright.co.uk with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll be happy to help.

We cannot issue refunds for products that have been opened, used, or partially used.
Refunds or replacements are only approved for verified faulty items.
Products used incorrectly or stored improperly are not eligible for return or refund.
